Program rules
These rules keep the program clean for everyone. Breaking them can pause or remove your ambassador account.
No incentivized signups
Do not offer cash, gift cards, or other rewards in exchange for signing up through your link.
No bidding on Realm brand terms
Do not run paid search or social ads targeting Realm product names or domains.
No self referrals
You may not use your own referral code for your own organization or accounts you control.
Disclosure required
Clearly disclose that you earn a commission whenever you recommend a Realm product.
Honest representation
Never promise outcomes, pricing, or features that a Realm product does not deliver.
Campaign links
You may create as many named campaign links as you like, one per product or one for everything. Each link carries a sub id so you can see which announcement or newsletter produced a click. Short links on the Realm Ambassadors domain are for your own campaigns only. Do not share a link that hides where it leads or that suggests it comes from Realm rather than from you.
Your ambassador page
Your ambassador page carries your name, your photo, your organization, and your own words. Write only what is true. Do not copy claims, statistics, prices, or guarantees that do not appear in the product materials. The program team may hide a page that breaks these rules and will tell you why.
Inviting other ambassadors
You may invite other ambassadors with your invite link. When someone you invited earns a commission, you earn an override on that commission during their first 12 months: Ambassador 5 percent, Senior Ambassador 7.5 percent, Lead Ambassador 10 percent, based on your level the day the commission is created. Commissions and overrides are paid only on real collected revenue. There are no residuals beyond 12 months, and nothing is paid for recruiting by itself. You may not invite yourself, create additional accounts for yourself, or invite someone who is already on another ambassador team.
Tiers
Tiers are calculated automatically from your paid referrals over the trailing 90 days. A higher tier adds a small bonus to your first year rate. Tiers can move down as well as up when activity changes. Reversed or refunded referrals do not count.
The writing assistant
The writing assistant drafts copy grounded only in the product description and the approved kit copy. It will not invent features or prices. You are responsible for anything you send, so read every draft before you use it. Keep the disclosure line in place.
Leaderboard
The leaderboard is opt in and shows a first name and an organization only. No earnings, email addresses, or account details are ever shown. You may turn it off at any time.
Review and holds
Commissions that look like self referrals, duplicate accounts, or unusual click bursts are placed in review and stay unpaid until a person decides. Referring your own accounts, your own organization, or accounts you control is not allowed. Confirmed violations are reversed and repeated violations end your participation.
Tax information and payouts
Tax information must be complete before any payout is sent. Tax details are collected during payout onboarding and never stored in this app. If your tax information is missing, your approved commissions simply wait for the next payout run.
